YouthPod Interview with Tobias Faix Yesterday I had a very interesting interview
for
YouthPod with
Tobias Faix in Marburg. In the 30 minutes of talk was about post-modern youth work. Tobias has the postmodern culture, the book "
zeitgeist " brought out, which I recommend highly. We talked us innovative culture-related activities for young people in parishes. Tobias said impressively what constitutes the "postmodern" and how this new
can define the banks. It was also interesting to talk about where our youth is the time and how we are with our services in a crisis. As youth workers we are challenged our work more contemporary and culturally relevant and to stay clear at the same time, when it comes to the gospel of Jesus Christ. Tobias, I talked about the bridges in the post-modern generation for the faith in Jesus Christ that we can use and the
hurdles. The interview will next Tuesday on radio station
cross channel and is sent on Wednesday for download at iTunes
available. In this interview, we had the first time a camera team in order to record a pilot for television. Whether it is more, we will see in the next few weeks - I am very excited and looking forward to the result.
Our sweet Noana Joy is now 19 days old and is thriving. Meanwhile, they can already recognize patterns and looks at specific colors and textures on the sofa and her bassinet. Until now, her life consisted of eating and sleeping but they're two days is much more alive and passionate calls for a joint. She feels most at home if it is constantly dragged through the apartment in a sling. Well talk to run, and they may, however, still do not. So slowly I am impatient but ... :-)
